Most of our fabrics are authentic handblock / handloom textiles, traditionally dyed to preserve their natural character and beauty. Slight colour bleeding may naturally occur during the first few washes, particularly with darker, deeper and brighter shades.
This is a natural characteristic of traditionally dyed cotton fabrics and is not considered a defect.
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
📹 For damaged or defective items, an opening / unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim. Please record the video while opening the package.
