Return and Refund

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products.

Once we receive the returned item, The Era Story will then give a full refund (excluding shipping of INR 200 as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account.

The Era Story is committed to ensure full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused within 7 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on +91 6369226611 or writing to us on ‘support@erastory.in’ along with the invoice copy and unpacking video. 


How to Initiate the Refund Process?

1. Customers should contact our customer support on +91 6369226611 or write to support@erastory.in within 7 days from the receipt of the product.

2. Our customer support team will review the video and invoice. If the customer return request is found to be legitimate, we will send a confirmation mail/text to the customer. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from ‘The Era Story’

3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered.
