Once we receive the returned item, The Era Story will then give a full refund (excluding shipping of INR 200 as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to time and it may take 07-14 additional business days to reflect the same in your account.

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused within 7 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on +91 6369226611 or writing to us on support@erastory.in along with the invoice copy and unpacking video.
